At New Harmony Baptist Church, we believe that we are all called to be a part of the “Body of Christ”.  Everyone has a calling and a purpose.  We want to help you seek the Father’s Will and Purpose of your life.  Maybe it’s something new, a new ministry that we’ve never tried before, or maybe it’s being a part of the ministries that we are already doing.  The point is, God’s got a purpose for you and we have a place for you to serve.  Our other ministries include:

 

Music:  Adult choir performs Christmas and Easter Cantatas.  Children’s Choir performs a Christmas musical.  Children’s Summer Music Camp.  Our Praise Team leads the Sunday morning worship singing.

 

Senior Adult:  Our BASICS group meets often for fellowship, Bible Study, adventurous trips and special Mission Projects.

 

Women’s Ministry:

 

Men’s Ministry:

 

Drama:  Ministries performed at various times throughout the year for special events.

 

Local and National Missions:  Helping to start new churches in Cincinnati, New York and central and northern Ohio.  Assisting a Church in New York with starting their VBS program.  Ministering to disaster-stricken areas.

 

International Missions:  To China to teach English and reach the people for Christ.

 

SODC Ministry: Our church has an active ministry working with the residents at the Southern Ohio Developmental Center.

 

Neighborhood and Servant Evangelism:  Ministering to areas in Cincinnati to show God’s Love.
